McKenzie Stephenson, Inc. (MSI), as the thought leader of technology implementations in the medical industry today, began as the PACS implementation consulting group at a large Northern California IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) comprised of 28 hospitals and 20+ outpatient care centers.

Michael Stephenson and Shawn McKenzie organized, managed and led the PACS Implementation consulting group they called TeamPACS. McKenzie and Stephenson recruited independent consultants to meet the specific requirements of their revolutionary and innovative approach to medical technology implementations. They formed MSI with the vision to test, refine, and evaluate their methodology, while implementing at this IDN and then moved to the industry with this unique approach.

The core senior management team consists of former members of the TeamPACS consultant group and bring the experience of their hands-on PACS implementation practice of the MSI methodology.
